Hoping everyone will be willing to wear purple today in remembrance of the many recent kids who have committed suicide after being teased and bullied for being gay, or for being perceived as gay. The recent spate has been horrible, but if we back up further in time, the number of such young people who have met their fate this way is much higher, and much more tragic.

I am wearing my purple today proudly and I look sick in purple. Not like the cool "sic" but like flu like sick :)
