Case of bullying so mind boggling it's hard to believe it's true

You really have to see this for yourself. The only thing I'll say about it is that it involves an adult bullying a child. It's only made the news, though, because this crazy woman ran over a person coming to visit the dying child the bully was bullying. Class act, this lady.
